Delete My Data

Mooncall, published by Kuukkeli Games (RootNode Oy)  ·  Last updated: 2026-09-15

This page explains how to have the data Mooncall holds about you on our servers permanently deleted. There are two ways to do it: from inside the game, or by email. Both delete the same data.

Mooncall has no accounts and no sign-up. You never give us a name, an email address or a password. When you first play, the game generates a random player ID on your device, and everything we store is linked only to that ID. Deleting your data means deleting the records attached to that player ID.

Option 1 — In the game (fastest)

Open Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data and confirm.

Your data is then scheduled for permanent removal after a 7-day grace period. During those 7 days you can cancel the request in Settings > Privacy and everything is restored. After 7 days the deletion is carried out automatically and cannot be reversed.

The game uses your device's player ID automatically — there is nothing for you to look up or type in.

Option 2 — By email (works after you uninstall)

Email [email protected] with the subject Mooncall data deletion request and include your player ID. Requests are processed within 30 days.

If you still have the game installed, you can get your player ID from Settings > Privacy > Copy Player ID. Because our records are pseudonymous and hold nothing that identifies you personally, the player ID is the only way we can find them — without it there is no record we can match to you.

What is deleted

Milestone claims you made in a shared party are not removed but are stripped of any link to you, so the other members' scoreboard does not silently gain unclaimed milestones. A party you created keeps working for its other members until it expires normally, with your identity as its creator erased.

After deletion, your online leaderboard history cannot be recovered.

What this does not cover

Some data is not held by us, so a deletion request to us cannot reach it:
